No, we currently do not ship internationaly.

Processing your order can take 2-3 days. To ensure the freshness of your order, we ship out of state orders the following Mon or Tuesday. This helps prevent your order from sitting in the shipping partners warehouses over the weekend.

Our orders are shipped by USPS. 

Delivery time once your items are shipped is based on the shipping method you chose during checkout.

While almost all orders do arrive in the estimated time, USPS does not guarantee these times.

Yes, once shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number. You can also sign into your account to check the status of your order anytime.

If there is a problem with an order you received, please call us at 805-688-8373 or via our contact form  Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by shipping carrier, inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

To redeem a gift card, enter the card code received into the field at checkout. 
A gift card can be used in multiple orders until it’s fully redeemed. You can view the remaining balance after you apply a gift card at checkout
